By installing or using CodeLore, you agree to these Terms:

  1. License. CodeLore is licensed, not sold. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, educational use.
  2. User Conduct. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the app, or use it for any unlawful purposes.
  3. Intellectual Property. All content, code, graphics, and storylines remain our exclusive property.
  4. No Warranty. The app is provided “AS IS,” without any warranties. Use at your own risk.
  5. Limitation of Liability. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  6. Termination. We may suspend or revoke your access at any time for violations.
  7. Updates. Features may change or be discontinued at any time via updates.
  8. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. This Policy explains what (if anything) we collect and why.

  1. Information Collection
    • We do not collect personal identifiers (name, email, etc.).
    • No location, contacts, or device identifiers are tracked.
    • No usage analytics, crash reports, or behavioral data.

  2. Data Storage
    • All progress and content are stored locally on your device.
    • Uninstalling the app will erase your progress.

  3. Third-Party Services
    We use no third-party SDKs or analytics platforms.

  4. Advertising
    CodeLore is ad-free. We do not display or collect data for ads.

  5. Children’s Privacy
    Intended for ages 18+.

  6. Security
    We follow standard best practices to protect local data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

  7. Changes to Policy
    We may update this Policy. Changes take effect on the next app update you install.
