12:30 PM – Lunch & Team Bonding We believe a happy team is a productive team. Midday, the developers take a well-deserved break. It's often spent sharing lunch, playing foosball, or chatting about the latest in tech.

2:00 PM – Code Reviews & Collaboration Post-lunch is all about collaboration. Developers review each other’s code, suggest improvements, and pair program when needed. This fosters learning, quality, and team synergy.
